Performance dialogue dashboard

This dashboard was designed to support performance review meetings across multiple operational areas. The objective was to synthesize key requests and deviations from different work fronts and provide a snapshot for alignment and follow-up.
• Analytical Work: Extraction and transformation of action plans, technical requests, and performance indicators from multiple operational sources.
• Power BI Reporting: A visual interface grouped by operational unit, date filter, and categorized action tracking. Text summarization was used to preserve key updates without exposing sensitive metrics.
